Cheddar Easy, 30 Lb White
Description
To maximize sales of Cheese Corn, be sure to include White Cheddar. To prepare, melt Cheddar Easy in a typical water bath food warmer. Then, measure about two cups of the melted liquid onto a five-gallon measure of popped corn and either tumble or mix in the Cheddar Easy machine (or the Corn Treat Cooker Mixer if it’s cool enough). There is real Cheddar Cheese in Gold Medal White Cheddar Easy.
